What's Included?

    Each video is designed to deliver the information in less than 10 minutes. The information will be easy to digest and you can watch it whenever it fits your schedule. Audio versions of the content will also be available if you prefer to listen on-the-go

  • Live Q & A Sessions

    You will have access to weekly live Q&A sessions via Zoom. All Q&A sessions will be recorded and saved on this platform for you to access at your convenience and re-visit them as often as you would like

  • Group Meditations

    When you meditate in a group environment, you are able to increase the benefits of the meditation exponentially. Monthly meditations will be available until the end of the current year.

  • What's included in this experience?

    You will have access to all the modules that are going to help you learn and cultivate a consistent meditation practice.

  • How much time is required for this experience?

    Because I understand everyone's time is extremely valuable, this experience is best processed by setting aside one hour per week (which can be broken down into 5-15 minute segments per day) plus your daily meditation time.
